The publication encompasses data on pre-primary, primary, lower secondary, post-primary and upper secondary education, tertiary education, postgraduate and doctoral programmes, as well as issues related to financing higher education and financial and social assistance for students. The data are featured in tabular form. The changes taking place in education in relation to the previous period are described in the executive summary, enriched with charts. Methodological issues are explained in the methodological notes.

The Statistical Office in Gdańsk presents the publication titled Labour market in Pomorskie Voivodship in 2018 which provides basic information concerning economic activity of the population, employed and unemployed persons, labour demand, working conditions and accidents at work, as well as wages and salaries. The volume consists of executive summary enriched with graphs, statistical tables, general and methodological notes. The notes present methods of surveys, source and scope of data, and basic definitions. The analytical part includes description of the most important issues characterising the situation on the labour market in Pomorskie Voivodship. Graphic presentations complement the study. Tables, which constitute its substantial part, contain selected information in comparison with the years 2017 and 2018 and by sex, place of residence, ownership sectors and forms, PKD 2007/NACE Rev. 2 sections, and occupational groups. For more detailed characteristics of the phenomena describing the labour market in Pomorskie Voivodship, selected data have been broken down by subregions, powiats and gminas.

The applied terminology, classifications and data grouping allow for comparisons against the country and regional data. The publication has been elaborated in two language version: Polish and English.
