The Statistical Office in Gdańsk presents the Report on the socio-economic situation of Pomorskie Voivodship in 2016. It is a successive edition of the publication featuring the economic processes occurring in Pomorskie Voivodship, including phenomena relevant to the socio-economic development of the region.
The report consists mainly of analytical commentaries illustrated with maps and graphs showing trends observed during the past few years, enriched with review tables showing the phenomenon both countrywide and in the voivodship, as well as with detailed tables for the voivodship. Definitions of indicators and concepts used in the analysis and statistical tables are described in the general notes. Basic methodological explanations can also be found in the analytical part of the publication. The subject scope covers the most important sections of official statistics, including population, labour market, wages and salaries, prices, agriculture, industry, construction, financial results of enterprises and investment outlays.
