The publication consists of general notes and methodological notes as well as statistical tables. The general notes and methodological notes explain thematic scope of the presented material, principles of grouping and presents definitions of applied notions. The tables have been grouped in seven the mating chapters comprising: forest resources, management of forests and trees and shrubs outside the forest, economic exploitation of the forest, forest environment and nature: threats and protection, hunting, employment and wages and salaries in forestry, forestry staff, economic entities and investment outlays and fixed assets in forestry.

The Statistical Office in Gdańsk presents a successive edition of The Statistical Yearbook of the Pomorskie Voivodship. The publication comprises a wide range of statistical information characterizing the social and economic situation, as well as the condition of the natural environment in the voivodship. Statistical data are grouped in 23 thematic chapters. They are preceded by general notes (including detailed explanation of methodology and scope of the study) and the review tables.

The Statistical Office in Gdańsk presents a successive edition of its regular yearly publication – Pomorskie Voivodship – Subregions, Powiats, Gminas. The elaboration is rich in statistical information characterizing socio-economic situation and the condition of environment in the voivodship on levels of subregions, powiats and gminas. The elaboration makes a valuable supplement to the content of the simultaneously issued Yearbook. The presentation of statistical data grouped in 16 thematic chapters is preceded by general notes, which explain the applied defi nitions and notions in brief – their more detailed version can be found in the Statistical Yearbook of Pomorskie Voivodship 2014.
