The folder presents basic statistical information regarding social-economic situation of Pomorskie Voivodship in 2012, among others data about environmental protection, population, labour market, wages and salaries, households, dwellings, education, health care, culture, tourism, agriculture, industry, construction, maritime economy, transport, trade, finances and entities of the national economy.

The publication contains data on schools offering primary education, lower secondary and upper secondary, including special, vocational and artistic schooling. The data regarding pre-primary education, schools for children and youth, as well as schools for adults, listed according to governing authorities and form of education, have been described separately. Moreover, the publication includes the information on selected forms of child and youth care.

The publication comprises a wide range of statistical information regarding social and demographic processes occurring in Pomeranian region, especially information about the size and structure of population, marriages, separations, divorces, births and deaths as well as regarding migration, coming from other than statistical sources.
